The Culinary Academy of Norway with Ole Martin Alfsen (well-known from the television programme '4 stjerners middag' (‘4 star dinners’) at the forefront, have been working with our own clever cooks and chefs to secure fresh, seasonal ingredients and delightful combinations of flavours. The result is a delicious lunch menu that will inspire, activate and revitalise your conference participants!
