Sound and lighting
Just like in film and theatre, sound and lighting can create the extra sense of “magic” for conferences, receptions and events.
For the Congress Hall, Hall A and the Samfunnsalen, we have invested in one of the best sound systems available on the market, L-acoustics. A nearly 15,000 watt subwoofer (a speaker designed to reproduce the lowest sound frequencies) will be enough to satisfy most! We also have a lighting rig built into the ceiling in these rooms. The setup is somewhat more simplified in the Samfunnsalen.
If you are hiring a smaller room and need lighting and audio for a cultural event or similar, we also have mobile solutions available. Contact our booking department for more information.

LIGHTING
• 10 Fresnels, 10 profile lights, various Par cans, 12 LED Par cans
• 36 dimmer channels
• Lighting board (Avolites Pearl Expert Moving Light Controller)
NB. Excludes rigging/focusing of lights. One of our own lighting engineers is required for rigging/focusing lights.
AUDIO
• PA, L-acoustics, dV-DOSC
• Sound mixer (Soundcraft Vi4) with effects
• 4 monitors, microphones (wireless/fixed) and 8 DI boxes
Sound engineer 10 hours. Time required beyond this is billed at NOK 900 per hour.

• Lighting control console: Zero 88 Frog
