Hall B+C
Hall B+C is approximately 440 m² and provides room for groups of 150 to 500 people. It all depends on the type of layout and the type of event in question. The hall is mainly used for courses, conferences and exhibitions/fairs. In 2008 the hall was refurbished with new furniture and a new interior.
Our Congress Hall can easily be divided into three separate areas. Hall B+C is approximately half of the Congress Hall.

It should be added that Hall B+C is a very flexible hall. With 2 ceiling-mounted projectors, 3 screens, 2 different entrances to the hall and a mobile dividing wall, this hall can meet the needs of most events. Perhaps your group will be splitting into two after lunch? Perhaps you hope to use one part of the hall for a private meet-and-greet lunch among exhibitors? Our experienced booking department can always assist you in finding the best solution for your own particular event.
When booking Hall B+C you have priority access to half of the Foyer, at the main entrance on the ground floor. The foyer can be used for registration, exhibitions and coffee breaks in conjunction with various types of meetings.

Stage/Riser
The standard riser measures 3 x 6 metres. A panel table for 4 people is placed on the riser with speaker’s lectern, unless otherwise arranged.

• 2 wireless Shure headset microphones
• 3 fixed microphones (1 at the lectern and 2 on the meeting administrator table)
