Add-on services

Many of our customers have a strong wish to be able to interface with a single contact person throughout the entire planning process for an event. In order to make this possible we have to offer an end-to-end product. We have the facilities, food, most technical equipment and our own in-house service centre (for printed materials) here at the congress centre. But we realise that there are other needs that our customers have in conjunction with a meeting, reception or fair.

We work closely with a number of suppliers in various categories and in addition to what is mentioned above, we can assist with hotel rooms, interpreting services, floral decorations, activities and more.
